  1. Purpose (circle of intent), roles (election without a candidate), participative decision-making (advice process, energetic multi-voting, decision by consent).
  2. Collaborative meetings (roles and meeting rules), work coordination (Kanban board), participative mediation (tension management), retrospectives (speed boat, action plan).
