Helping each organisation find a way of working that suits them, across four dimensions: strategic, operational, human and relational.
An organisation never works through a single dimension. Strategy, ways of working, people and relationships constantly influence one another.
At Prefix, we look at these dimensions as a whole, identify what needs to evolve and work where it makes sense. Our aim is not to apply a predefined model, but to develop with each organisation a way of working that fits its reality and can evolve.
Depending on the need, we work through training, mentoring and group workshops.
