Workshops
Workshops designed around your needs.
A topic to explore, a decision to make, a practice to experiment with or a way of working you would like to change?
Ayung and Philippe design and facilitate workshops around your situation. They can address any of the areas explored by Prefix or a specific challenge within your organisation.
Together, we define the objective and then design the workshop around the context and the people involved. A workshop can also follow on from a training course, providing a space to put new practices into action.
Prefix Rendezvous
We also run our own programme of workshops and encounters, providing opportunities to experiment, learn with others and explore organisational questions from different perspectives.
Mentoring
Support adapted to your situation.
Mentoring gives you the opportunity to work directly with Ayung or Philippe on a specific situation, drawing on an outside perspective and our experience.
Project management, organisation, governance, collaboration, working practices, individual development… we can support you across the different areas explored by Prefix. We start with your situation and what you want to change or develop.
From a few hours to longer-term support
Sometimes a few hours are enough to carry out an audit, step back from a situation, get an outside perspective or work through a specific question. For these occasional needs, we offer prepaid packages of mentoring hours that you can use as required.
When the situation requires more time, we define an approach with you that is adapted to your needs and context.
