Situations we encounter in practice regularly raise new questions, ideas and ways of working. The Prefix incubator gives us a space to explore them beyond a specific need and see what they might become.
We develop methods, tools and approaches based on our experience, conversations and the needs we observe within organisations.
Ideas take shape gradually. They are tested in real situations, adjusted as we learn and sometimes abandoned when they do not sufficiently address the need. Others evolve into solutions in their own right.
