THE INCUBATOR

APPROACH

The Incubator is a platform for creating and testing new organisational management solutions.

These solutions address one or more of the following themes: governance, executive management, process management, project management and human resources management.

The new solutions progress through the following stages within the Incubator:

  1. Observation. Our new solutions are based on observation of the difficulties encountered in the field when applying existing solutions, as well as on literature, science and biomimicry with organisms that have benefited from thousands of years of development.
  2. Creation. By combining these different observations, scientific knowledge, emotional intelligence and collective intelligence, we develop organisational management solutions or invent new ones. These must be aligned with our fundamental principles and applicable to the different situations encountered by our customers.
  3. Experimentation. We select organisations in a variety of demanding contexts to test our solutions in the field. These environments allow us to put our approaches to the test and quickly reveal areas for improvement.
  4. Retrospective. After the field test, we consult all the stakeholders involved and analyse the results to identify areas for improvement in a collaborative approach.
  5. Consolidation. Following the retrospective, we make the necessary adjustments to our solutions to make them as versatile and effective as possible. This consolidation is essential before we can make our solutions available and support our customers in implementing them.
