APPROACH

Our incubator contains solutions on the following themes: governance, organisation management, business process management, project management and human resources structuring.

These solutions follow the following stages:

1. Creation. Our new solutions are born from observation of the challenges encountered in the field with existing methods, from literature and science, and from inspiration drawn from ancient practices and adapted to a modern context.
2. Experimentation. We select people and organisations in varied and demanding contexts to refine our solutions in the field. These environments accelerate their maturation, guaranteeing their effectiveness before large-scale deployment.
3. Sharing. Once our solutions have reached maturity, they are made available to the public and deployed at our customers’ sites.
