CONTEXT

The Neuchâtel cantonal administration brings together more than 4,500 people across several departments, services and authorities.

Prefix has been supporting the State of Neuchâtel for several years through interventions tailored to the needs of teams, managers and services.

OUR WORK

Prefix contributes to the State of Neuchâtel’s continuing training programme with Circular Project Management, a course that also counts towards the Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Public Management.

We also work closely with the Office of Organisation, which supports the harmonisation of project management practices across the cantonal administration.

We support different services through mentoring and workshops, addressing real situations faced by teams and managers.

Our collaboration has also included the implementation of a portfolio management tool within the Public Health Service, the Adult and Youth Protection Service, the Tax Service and the Neuchâtel Cantonal Police.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, Prefix also supported the Public Health Service with crisis management.
