When you use a contact, registration or order form, the information you provide is sent to Prefix so that we can respond to your enquiry, manage your registration or order, and follow up the service.

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising purposes.

Resources available free of charge on the website can be downloaded without providing personal data.

Client and contact management

Prefix uses an internal management system to store the information needed for our relationships with clients, prospective clients and partners.

We may store professional contact details, as well as quotations, orders, invoices and other information required to manage the business relationship.

This data is hosted in Switzerland on our infrastructure with Infomaniak.

Payments

Online payments are made through Wise. The data required for payment is processed directly by Wise in accordance with its own privacy policy.

Prefix retains the information required to track payments, issue invoices and meet its accounting obligations.

Website analytics

Prefix uses Matomo to understand how the website is used and to improve its content.

Matomo runs directly on our WordPress installation, hosted in Switzerland. Tracking is configured without cookies and IP addresses are anonymised. Detailed analytics data is automatically deleted after 365 days. Aggregated statistics may be retained for longer to help us monitor the website over time.

Cookies

The website does not use cookies for advertising or tracking purposes.

A functional cookie may be used to remember the language selected while browsing the website.

External services

Some content or forms may use external services, including Google for certain training courses, assessments or certifications.

When you use an external service, the data concerned is also subject to that service’s privacy policy.

Data related to our services

Prefix retains the information required to provide and follow up its services and, where applicable, issue certifications.

Some information may be shared with people involved in providing a service where this is necessary for its delivery.

Documents subject to statutory retention requirements are kept for the applicable period. Other information is deleted when it is no longer required.
