Scope
These terms apply to services purchased directly online from Prefix Sàrl.
Order and conclusion of the contract
The contract is concluded once payment has been received in Prefix Sàrl’s account.
For workshops and events with a limited number of places, registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment, subject to availability.
Prices and payment
The applicable prices are those displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
The VAT treatment applicable to each service is indicated alongside its price.
Payment is made in full at the time of purchase and processed securely by Wise. Any fees charged to the client by their financial institution or payment provider are payable by the client.
Use of hour credits
When a service is offered as a credit of hours, the credit covers all time spent on the engagement, including sessions, preparation, analysis and exchanges directly related to the service.
Credits are valid for three months from receipt of payment. Their validity may be extended with Prefix’s agreement.
Once a credit has been used in full, any further support requires the purchase of a new credit. No additional time is provided automatically.
Appointments are arranged according to the client’s needs and Prefix’s availability.
An appointment may be rescheduled or cancelled without charge up to 72 working hours before the agreed time. After this deadline, or in the event of a no-show, the time reserved is considered used and deducted from the credit.
If Prefix needs to reschedule or cancel an appointment, it will be rearranged at no cost to the client.
Credits purchased are non-refundable. Any hours remaining when a credit expires are not eligible for a refund.
Workshops and events on fixed dates
Workshops and events take place on the dates and at the times indicated at registration.
Prefix may set a minimum and maximum number of participants. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, Prefix may cancel the workshop. In this case, any amounts paid for the cancelled service will be refunded in full.
A registration may be transferred to another person free of charge, provided Prefix is informed so that the participant’s details can be updated. A registration or programme is assigned to one person in its entirety: where it comprises several sessions or workshops, these may not be split between different participants. Any transfer must therefore cover the entire registration or programme. The original participant and their replacement are responsible for settling any financial arrangements relating to the transfer directly between themselves.
If a participant is unable to attend an online session, Prefix may offer a replacement session at a later date, subject to availability. This option is not guaranteed, and absence does not automatically entitle the participant to a refund.
In exceptional circumstances preventing participation, Prefix may offer an alternative solution or grant a full or partial refund.
Where a programme comprising several services has already started, any refund will apply only to the unused portion. Services already provided will be valued at their individual price, without applying any discount that may have been granted for purchasing the programme as a package.
Service arrangements
Dates, times and practical arrangements are agreed with Prefix or indicated at registration.
If a service requires elements that are not included in the purchase, Prefix will inform the client before undertaking the work concerned.
Liability
Prefix provides its services with due care and on the basis of the information available.
The analyses, recommendations and support provided are intended to assist reflection and action. Decisions made by the client and their implementation remain the client’s responsibility.
Data protection
Personal data required to process the purchase, manage registrations and provide the services is handled in accordance with our Privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law.
