CERTIFICATION IN CIRCULAR PROJECT MANAGEMENT
PROGRAMME
This certification is aimed at individuals and validates the theoretical and practical knowledge of Circular Project Management ©.
It is different from other certifications in the project management field, as it validates the achievements of the PREDICTIVE and AGILE approaches in the same programme.
The certification programme in Circular Project Management is spread over 3 levels.
LEVEL 1
Exam
- Questionnaire sent by email.
- 2 chances
Prerequisites
- Having taken a Circular Project Management training or equivalent.

LEVEL 2
Exam
- 2 hours oral exam, by videconference, in front of a 2 persons jury.
- Possibility to take 1 hour retake exams.
Examination topics
- Ongoing project or project terminated in the last 3 months, minimum duration of 3 months and representing a minimum effort (worked hours) of 500 hours.
- Project outline, schedule, budget, dashboard.
Prerequisites
- Certificate level 1 in Circular Project Management.
- Project description.
- Contact details of a member of the steering committee for the jury. The proposed person shall have a work expertise in the project context and no intimate link with the candidate.

LEVEL 3
Exam
- 4 hours oral exam, by videoconference, in front of a 2 persons jury.
- Possibility to take 1 hour retake exams.
Examination topics
- Ongoing project or project terminated in the last 3 months, minimum duration of 12 months, minimum budget of CHF 500’000 and representing an effort (worked hours) of minimum 2’500 hours.
- A deliverable described by minimum 40 requirements.
- Project submission, feasibility study, project outline, requirements specification, schedule, cashflow plan, risks register, dashboard.
