DESCRIPTION

Context

Without a full board of directors or management committee, the managers of small and medium-sized businesses often take all or a large part of the strategic decisions. The idea behind Crossed Boards is to bring these managers together to create strategic councils between them, so that they can benefit from each other’s critical eye, expertise and advice.

Solution

The Cross-Boards is a consultative, collaborative and adaptive governance solution. Designed to meet the needs of small organisations, it aims to optimise their management by encouraging voluntary exchange between peers. This approach allows organisations to modify the composition of their board according to their specific needs, offering the flexibility essential to adapting to their changing context and objectives.

STATUS

Current situation

The Cross-Boards solution is currently being tested by Sinabe and Prefix.

The next phase involves inviting other entrepreneurs to test the solution on a larger scale, defining the rules of participation and then setting up a sustainable, autonomous solution.

Wanted

1. Company managers wishing to benefit from and participate in the Cross-Boards.
2. Company managers wishing to participate in the development and empowerment of the concept.
