Mentoring to support the delivery of a major project.

Context

ID Quantique develops technologies in quantum-safe security, random number generation and quantum detection.

As part of a major project in the space sector, the company wanted to support its project manager’s development and strengthen the way the project was managed.

Our work

Prefix supported the project manager through mentoring, working directly with the situations and challenges encountered throughout the project.

The mentoring addressed both project management practices and the project manager’s role in navigating a complex project involving many stakeholders.

Beyond the project itself, the work also contributed to the development of project management practices within the company.
