Turning evolving practices into concrete solutions

In the Solution Incubator, Prefix designs, develops, and tests new approaches to management, collaboration, and organisational steering.

These solutions emerge from field observation, applied research, and hands-on practice. They may be initiated by Prefix or proposed by partner organisations and members of the Prefix community.

Each solution follows three key stages:

1. Creation New solutions are formalised, documented, and integrated into the Incubator to begin their testing phase.
2. Experimentation Prefix selects individuals and organisations from diverse contexts to test the solutions in real-world conditions. These multiple experiments help refine the tools, accelerate their maturation, and ensure their relevance before broader implementation.
3. Deployment Once mature, the solutions are deployed with our clients and shared publicly.

Mature solutions
