BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION LAB
Exploring different ways of perceiving, deciding and acting in a changing world.
Organisations have access to more data, tools and analytical capabilities than ever before. Yet when we need to navigate uncertainty, imagine what does not yet exist or make decisions without having all the information, these resources are not always enough.
The Business Transformation Lab explores deeply human capabilities such as intuition, perception, creativity and imagination, and their place in leadership and organisational transformation.
Stepping outside familiar frameworks
The Lab is not simply about acquiring more knowledge. It creates a space to look at situations differently, question our assumptions and experiment with other ways of thinking and acting.
Two areas currently shape this exploration:
Intuition as a cognitive skill
Rather than opposing intuition and analysis, the Lab explores how they can complement each other:
Data + Analysis + Experience + Perception + Intuition
How do we make decisions when information is incomplete? Recognise weak signals? Notice an emerging possibility before it becomes obvious?
Architecture of Self
Our values, experiences, beliefs and ways of relating to others influence how we make decisions, collaborate and lead.
Architecture of Self explores this inner territory and the relationship between personal and organisational transformation.
A solution in incubation
The Business Transformation Lab is still in development. Both its content and format will evolve through experimentation, conversations and the situations in which it is put into practice.
It may take different forms: workshops, short programmes, interdisciplinary experiences, or formats designed with organisations and educational institutions.
This solution is being developed within the Prefix incubator with Ayung, who is developing its approach around intuition and Architecture of Self.
Would you like to contribute?
The Lab is also intended to grow through encounters between different perspectives and disciplines.
