CONTEXT

BFSA Architecture Studio is an architectural practice of around ten people. Its registered company name is François Baud & Thomas Früh – Atelier d’architecture SA.

Our collaboration began with a very practical need: helping the team make better use of Merlin Project to plan and manage their projects. Over time, the conversations moved beyond the tool itself to explore how the practice is organised, how people collaborate and how the team works together.

OUR WORK

Prefix initially supported the team through training on Merlin Project, before providing the founders with mentoring as they reflected on the organisation and how it could evolve.

We have also designed and facilitated various workshops to explore the team’s practices, relationships and ways of working together.

This collaboration continues today, with support tailored to the situations encountered by the practice and its team.
