- Work breakdown structure, network diagram, schedule, budget, cashflow plan.
- Project meetings, dashboard, retrospective, project closure.
- Presentation of an individual work (optional).
- Exam for certification level 1.
PREREQUISITES
None, the training is directed at anyone who is meant to facilitate or contribute to projects.

MODULE DESCRIPTION
PROGRAMME
- Project submission, feasibility study, requirements specification.
- Risks register, contingency management, conflict management, crisis management.
PREREQUISITES
Successful completion of the module Circular Project Management – Basics written exam..

CERTIFICATION
This certification is aimed at individuals and validates the theoretical and practical aspects of Circular Project Management.
It differs from other project management certifications in that it validates both predictive and agile approaches in the same programme.

The certification programme in Circular Project Management is spread over 3 levels.
LEVEL 1
Exam
- Questionnaire sent by email.
- 2 chances
Prerequisites
- Having taken a Circular Project Management training or equivalent.

LEVEL 2
Exam
- 2 hours oral exam, by videconference, in front of a 2 persons jury.
- Possibility to take 1 hour retake exams.
Examination topics
- Ongoing project or project terminated in the last 3 months, minimum duration of 3 months and representing a minimum effort (worked hours) of 500 hours.
- Project outline, schedule, budget, dashboard.
Prerequisites
- Certificate level 1 in Circular Project Management.
- Project description.
- Contact details of a member of the steering committee for the jury. The proposed person shall have a work expertise in the project context and no intimate link with the candidate.

LEVEL 3
Exam
- 4 hours oral exam, by videoconference, in front of a 2 persons jury.
- Possibility to take 1 hour retake exams.
Examination topics
- Ongoing project or project terminated in the last 3 months, minimum duration of 12 months, minimum budget of CHF 500’000 and representing an effort (worked hours) of minimum 2’500 hours.
- A deliverable described by minimum 40 requirements.
- Project submission, feasibility study, project outline, requirements specification, schedule, cashflow plan, risks register, dashboard.

- Certificate level 2 in Circular Project Management.
