Supporting people in demanding roles and life transitions

Some people have a particular ability to sense what is at play in complex situations. Ayung is one of them.

From an early age, she developed a fine awareness of inner states, subtle tensions and imbalances that move through both individuals and organisations. This sensitivity, shaped by experience and in-depth work with the body and the nervous system, is now placed at the service of leaders, executives and people holding roles with significant responsibility.

This way of perceiving and integrating emotions is sometimes referred to as a form of yin emotional intelligence: the ability to listen to what is happening internally, to welcome emotions without forcing them, and to use them as a reliable source of information rather than something to control or correct.

Her work also supports individuals who are questioning their direction or going through a transition, and who wish to better understand their resources, natural talents and their own distinctive way of being and acting.

Restoring stability to support sound decisions

Ayung supports our clients in the regulation of stress and overload, by working directly with the body and the nervous system. In practical terms, this means helping the body and the nervous system return to a more stable state — an essential condition for clear thinking, sensing what feels right and aligned decision-making.

Her approach is not about providing answers or directing choices. She creates a safe and supportive space in which people can slow down, observe what is happening within themselves, and step out of automatic reactions often driven by pressure or urgency. This work helps to ease persistent tensions and restore a clearer inner space.

Within this space, resources and talents that were previously obscured by stress or overload can often re-emerge.

Understanding what is at play beyond the individual

Beyond individual work, Ayung pays close attention to relational and organisational dynamics. She helps her clients better read what is happening within interactions, roles, areas of tension or unspoken issues that influence both decisions and posture in relation to others.

This subtle reading of human systems is particularly valuable in environments where human, emotional and strategic dimensions are closely intertwined. It enables people to act with greater discernment, without disconnecting from themselves or from those around them.

Support adapted to sensitive and atypical ways of functioning

Ayung also works with individuals whose way of functioning is more sensitive or atypical, often referred to today as neuroatypical profiles. These individuals may perceive, feel or process information differently, which can be a real strength, but also a source of overload in demanding contexts.

By taking these specificities into account, she designs integrative forms of support adjusted to each person’s rhythm and way of functioning. The aim is to strengthen stability, clarity and adaptability, without seeking to normalise or constrain.

Through the quality of presence and sense of safety she establishes, Ayung supports the emergence of more aligned leadership – leadership that can remain flexible under pressure and evolve without self-betrayal. This deep work fosters sound decisions and lasting transformations, both at an individual and relational or organisational level.
