PREFIX RENDEZVOUS
Opportunities to meet, experiment and learn together.
Throughout the year, we host open gatherings to explore questions we regularly encounter in organisations: autonomy, decision-making, relationships, collective dynamics, project management…
The topics and formats may change. The approach remains the same: experimenting rather than simply listening, learning from others, and leaving with something to try in your own environment.
Two perspectives on the same question
Pour cette première saison, nous organisons quatre ateliers sur les thèmes suivants : prendre sa place, décider, For this first season, we are running four workshops around the following themes: taking your place, making decisions, interacting and working collectively.
Each workshop consists of two 90-minute online sessions:
- A session with Ayung explores the invisible — what happens at an individual level: perception, posture, fears, discernment, etc.
- A session with Philippe explores the visible — how this translates into the organisation in practice: roles, tools, practices, ways of making decisions, etc.
Some workshops will then continue with an in-person lab, co-facilitated by Ayung and Philippe, bringing both perspectives together to explore more complex situations.

Labs
In-person labs to take things further

Festival
A different kind of Prefix rendezvous
In June 2027, we’ll step outside the workshop format.
We want to bring together people from different backgrounds in a place where everyone can be both a participant and a contributor.
Experiences to offer, knowledge to share, conversations that emerge on the spot, and more informal moments too. A programme that won’t be entirely written in advance, but will take shape with the people who are there.
It will feel more like a participatory festival than a succession of talks or workshops. We’ll create the framework, then part of what happens will emerge on the day, shaped by the participants themselves.
