CONTEXT
La Semeuse is a coffee roasting company whose particularity is to be based in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland, at an altitude of 1’000 meters. The cooler temperatures and lower atmospheric pressure, specific to this altitude, allow us to obtain a less bitter and more aromatic coffee.
