Training objectives
Acquire the fundamental skills needed to manage simple projects using the principles and tools of Circular Project Management, a method developed by our incubator.
More specifically:
- Integrate the notion of triple constraint and its impact on project management
- Understand the Circular Project Management lifecycle and its specific features
- Distinguish between predictive and agile approaches and know when and how to apply them depending on the project
- Master the basic tools of Circular Project Management and be able to implement them effectively in a real project
Programme (3 days)
- Triple constraint, project life cycle, predictive vs. agile methods, project definition (project outline).
- Task planning (work breakdown structure, network diagram, schedule), cost management (budget, cash flow plan).
- Project management (project meetings, dashboard), project closure (retrospective).

Acquire advanced Circular Project Management skills
Training objectives
Acquire the advanced skills needed to manage complex or high-stakes projects.
More specifically:
- Implementing the pre-project phase
- Know how to manage the needs of project clients
- master risk management
- ability to manage complex unforeseen situations, including conflicts and crises
Programme (2 days)
- Pre-project (project submission, feasibility study), requirements management (specifications).
- Risk management (risk register), management of complex contingencies (unforeseen events, conflicts, crises).
Options often associated
- Training in the MERLIN PROJECT (MacOS) planning tool
- Coaching for trainees in implementing the tools on high-stakes projects
- Level 3 certification (validation of practical skills acquired on a complex project)

- Experienced project managers
- Have basic project management training or have taken the MANAGING A SIMPLE PROJECT course
