MANAGE A PROJECT

Combining predictive and agile approaches to adapt to the reality of each project.

Project management is not simply about choosing between a predictive or an agile approach. Depending on the context, both can be useful at different stages.

This training course is based on Circular Project Management, a method developed in the Prefix incubator that combines these approaches and provides a coherent set of tools to frame, plan, manage and close a project.
