Four perspectives on the organisation
Bilan360 brings together four complementary dimensions:
- Strategic – What guides and structures the organisation
- Operational – What enables people to act effectively day to day
- Human – What happens within collective dynamics
- Relational – What connects the organisation with its environment
This perspective considers both visible elements — tools, methods and processes — and less visible dynamics such as habits, adoption, tensions or loss of energy.
From assessment to evolution
The process starts with an assessment of the current situation. The observations are brought together in a map that helps create perspective, reveal priorities and identify the main areas for evolution.
The map does not remain fixed at the initial assessment. When the work continues, it is updated over time to make changes visible, follow the actions being taken and help decide what comes next.
Bilan360 therefore becomes both a starting point and a reference throughout the organisation’s evolution.
