CELGENE / BMS
01 January 2024Training, Workshops
Training and group workshops focused on team dynamics.
Context
Celgene, now part of Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS), is a pharmaceutical company active particularly in oncology and immunology.
From 2015 onwards, Prefix worked with different teams at the Val-de-Travers production site in the canton of Neuchâtel, providing training and team development workshops.
Some of these interventions were part of a major industrial project. Others followed later, involving different groups within the company.
Our work
As part of the industrial project, Prefix provided one team with project management training and facilitated several team development workshops.
One of these was a two-day kick-off during which the team worked together to design an absinthe fountain, drawing on a tradition from the Val-de-Travers. Further team development workshops accompanied the team as the project progressed, including the inauguration of the fountain, installed at a secret location in the forest.
Prefix also worked with a separate group of around one hundred people, designing and facilitating team development workshops. One of these days took place at the Gorges du Seyon and involved a collective clean-up of the site.
The collaboration also included a programme giving employees the opportunity to spend time with people with disabilities.
