The administration of the canton of Neuchâtel represents more than 4’500 people, organized in 5 departments and the chancellery, the 3 government bodies and 3 supervisory authorities.
ACHIEVEMENTS
- Prefix is part of the continuing education program of the State of Neuchâtel with the Circular Project Management, which counts for the CAS in Public Management. Prefix also teaches shared governance.
- Implementation of a project portfolio management tool in 3 services of the Department of Finance and Health and the Cantonal Police.
- Coaching the Public Health Department in crisis management during the Covid pandemic.

UNIVERSITY OF LAUSANNE – RESEARCH SERVICE

The University of Lausanne (UNIL) created the Research Service in 2001. The mission of the service is to support the researchers of the seven faculties of the university in the search for funding, the realisation of projects and their scientific valorisation.
ACHIEVEMENTS
- Support in the implementation of a responsibility matrix and a project portfolio management tool.
- Facilitation of team and collaborative working sessions (shared governance).
Julian Randall, Head of Research Service
Philippe’s natural authority, based on his experience, helped the Service de Recherche develop resource management tools in a collaborative context. He was especially effective in many ways, such as guiding the group towards optimal levels of detail that the tools should include.
