This training course introduces more distributed and participative practices, giving you the opportunity to explore and experiment with them before deciding which ones can find their place in your organisation.
You will learn to:

- Use different decision-making approaches depending on the situation
- Design and facilitate collaborative meetings

- Structure governance: Purpose, intention circle, election without candidates, advice process, energy-based multi-voting, consent decision-making.
- Support the collective: Meeting roles and rules, Kanban, planning poker, tension management, speed boat.
